Comstock Earns Russell 3000® Inclusion, Expanding Institutional Investor Reach

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHCI) (“Comstock”), a leading asset manager, developer, and operator of mixed-use, transit-oriented properties, with an expanding presence in large-scale infrastructure and data center development, today announced its inclusion in the broad-market Russell 3000® Index, effective June 29, as part of the 2026 Russell US Indexes annual reconstitution.

The Russell 3000® tracks the approximately 3,000 largest U.S.-listed stocks by total market capitalization and serves as a benchmark for investment managers and institutional investors worldwide. Inclusion also means automatic membership in either the Russell 1000® or Russell 2000® Index, as well as applicable growth and value style indexes.
